Idiots everywhere...

Some people are really ridiculous! Just got a problem ticket today from one colleague who feedbacked that our system got problem whenever she wants to print something. She did not even bother to check with us what is the problem (mostly is user fault coz she dunno how to use despite being taught many times), she just sent her complaints together with her problem ticket. My colleague who got the ticket this morning then commented I should have checked and routed the ticket earlier, as we received it ard 3pm+ yesterday. We have 4 days to attend the problem ticket what, so gan jiong for what... got prize ah... #$^#%*@#%

Hello, u think I so free here sit here do nothing and check that stupid database every minute? I got tons of other work to do, plus disturbances here and there so much that I only drank a cup of water yestetday. Being so bz the past few days, now I have some problems with my bowels and started drinking orange juice this morning. Fun is it... nabei~

If I am so free to sit here just checking the helpdesk database and routing tickets, why do we still need a Global Helpdesk or install all the program for everyone? Everyone has their responsibilty to check the database, not just me. When no one picks up the ticket, so its my fault... kns!

No, I am not so fed up yet, just feeling very disappointed that whenever anything goes wrong, people started pointed fingers to anyone else except themselves.
