Yet another sweaty day
Tried table tennis today and had Web as my coach. Not my choice but sort of sick playing pool so its time for a change. Already had a good workout combing the nearby blocks near AMK mrt stn for a table tennis table. By the time we started, I was damn tired. Picked balls most of the time and that made me giddy and add on to the tireness. I believed I played not bad for a 1st timer except quite slow. The wind was also quite strong thus hindered parts of the game.
We played for about an hr and called it a day. Web then told me we will still go jogging later and I almost fainted. So I said I felet giddy and abit headache (coz lack of oxygen) so he spared me, saying we could just walk around the park.
Being so thirsty as we were walking to the park, we sat down for a drink (rather 2 large cups) at A*. We then felt the strain and decided to scrape going to the park. Bought some snacks to munch as were feeling abit hungry on the way to the library. I then changed and washed my face abit. Sat at the library reading some newspapers and relaxed until ard 6.30pm for dinner.
Went to the hawker centre this time and lucky to find seats when we just reached. Shared fried fish soup with rice, pork porridge (I ate abit coz got pig blood - yucks!), pork cordon bleu (western food - too oily never finish), chicken satay (which were mostly uncooked - yucks again!) sugar cane drink and ice kachang. Yeah talk about exercise and then eating... Anyway we already tried sticking to more healthy food...
Left shortly after dinner as Web wanted to rush back to watch the Liverpool Vs Chelsea match and Liverpool won 2-1!!
Going to take medical leave tomorrow coz sick (sick of work!). Planned to go do hair treatment then go facial.
