Lunch at The Line

Sis got a free voucher for lunch for 2 persons valued at $90+++ when she did a freelance mockup job for Shangri-la hotel late last year.

This is the second time to Shangri-la Hotel, less than sis as she came couple of time for the freelance thing and her fren, Yoki is also part-timing there. Upon reaching, we checked out the toilets 1st and surprised to find it quite big and cozy.

Proceeded to The Line, a buffet restaurant that has very modern decor and serves different kinds of cuisine like Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Western Grill, Pasta, Seafood and a wide range of mouth-watering desserts. The food was so-so maybe coz we were not that hungry. I definitely will not pay $45+++ per person to eat here!

Sat around at the hotel lobby for a while before taking a cab down to Wheelock Place as I need to blend my mask at MTM. Also did a refund for the shoes I bought sis last week coz they are too big and no more sizes available at all the branches of M&S. The shoes I bought last week cost $80 and now the price os $60!! No wonder all the sizes are all snapped up. Checked out the last stop at Raffles City's M&S coz the gal at Wheelock place branch could not get through the line but still no luck. Finally took a train back to Bishan to buy dinner home.
